Isle of Sky Farm offers five self catering cottages.The cottages are attractively and comfortably furnished to ensure visitors of a relaxing and enjoyable stay in this tranquil mountain setting.They are fully equipped with linen, towels, kitchen utensils, braai (barbeque) facilities and have their own private gardens, all with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.All cottages have wood burning fire place s. All cottages are provided with two plate stove/oven, microwave, fridge, cutlery, bedding, towels. Oil heater in each bedroom. All cottages have spectacular views of the Winterhoek and Witzenberg mountain range's, and are surrounded by cape fynbos. Activities on the farm include walking, bird watching, hiking, swimming in farm dams and cycling as well as a 4 x 4 track to various lookout points. Other activities in close proximity include Golf, horse riding and 4 x 4 trails. Tulbagh offers a wine route, art galleries, museums and several restuarants and pubs.

Sunbird cottage : This cottage has an open plan kitchen and lounge , with jet master fire place. There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a bunk bed ( sleeps 5 in total.) The bathroom has a shower, basin and W.C. There is a stoop outside with barbeque and table and benches. Rate : R780 per night for the cottage

Robin cottage : Same as Sunbird cottage. The two cottages have been built and opened December 2010.

Stone Cottage : This is the largest cottage, comprising of a large open plan kitchen and lounge area, with jet master fire place. Two bedrooms each with a double bed and one with an additional single bed (sleeping 5 in total). Bathroom with bath W.C., Basin. Outside braai area, with table and benches. There is a lawned area around the cottage. Rate : R700 per night for the cottage

River cottage : This cottage also has an open plan kitchen lounge, a stone fire place which also can used as an indoor braai in the cold winter months. There are two bed rooms, one with double bed and the other with a single and a bunk bed (sleeping 5 in total). The bathroom has a bath basin and W.C. There is a stoep outside with braai area and table and benches. Rate : R700 per night for the cottage

Fig Cottage: This cottage has a open plan kitchen lounge, with a stone fireplace. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom en-suite with outside braai. There is also a bunk bed in the lounge area (cottage sleeps 4 in total). Rate: R600 per night for the cottage

Campsite

Our campsite is situated on the route to the mountain, shaded by large oak trees. We have three camp sites at the moment, each with a lawned area, a stone braai, table and benches, and a tap. The camp sites are separate for privacy, with fantastic views of both mountain ranges. The ablution facilities consist of two bath rooms, each with shower, basin and W.C. Hot water is provided. There are electrical points for camp sites 1, 2 and 3 (bring your own extension lead). Rate: R90 per adult per night and R50 per child between 3 and 13 years old.

Booking in time after 13h00, if arriving after 17.30 the key will be left in the cottage for self check-in. Booking out time 10h30 ( sometimes later departure times can be arranged, ask at reception when booking in) All payments to be settled in full in order to secure the booking.
